2011 HTDA Banquet

We welcome you to the Fourth Annual Hoosier Tree Dog Alliance Banquet. If you attended in the past you know this is an awesome occasion to get together with your fellow hunters. We will be holding a HUGE REVERSE AUCTION and many more opportunities for you to win and have fun doing it. There will be a live band for your entertainment along with the delicious meal, either one well worth the price of admission! What a great way to wrap up our raccoon and squirrel seasons. Come and join us in an entertaining atmosphere that will allow us to swap hunting stories, raise funds for worthy causes and recognize our gracious supporters from 2010.
Make plans now for Saturday, February 12th, 2011 at Jonathan Byrd's Banquet & Conference Center, http://jonathanbyrds.com/ 100 Byrd Way Greenwood, IN 46143 (317) 881-8888. Exit #99 off I-65, go west, and turn left to Jonathan Byrd's Banquet & Conference Center. Doors Open at 5:00 PM and we will adjourn at 9:00 PM.
Each paid up 2011 HTDA member will receive free admission and one meal ticket. Guest meal tickets are $20 each and each guest will become a 2011 HTDA member. To ensure your banquet reservations you’ll want to send the R.S.V.P. back in right away. *Note: As in the past we cannot take walk-ins the night of the banquet!
Reverse Auction Tickets are $20 each, cash prizes are as follows; 1st $2,000, 2nd $750, 3rd $150 and 4th $100. There will only be 300 Reverse Auction Tickets sold on a first come - first served basis. You need not be present to win the cash! Additional items available at the banquet include: original prints, Tri-Tronics E-Collar, LED Lights, Ultra Advantage Dog Feed, original crafts/artwork, Sport Dog E-Collar, handmade knifes and many more items too numerous to mention. National Maple Syrup Festival

Members,
I need your help..especially those in the Medora area. HTDA has been invited to attend the National Maple Syrup Festival on March 5,6 and 12,13. I will be at Medora representing the HTDA, but would ask everyone to join in. Like Chris said at the banquet, we need all of our members to be on board and by helping to do demonstrations, pass out literature and represent what we are about, would really show your support to our cause...the public and youth. The more we educate, the better off we are. If anyone would like to help out, please let me know or just show up.
